ἐπὶ Διονυσίου ἄρχ[ον]τ̣ος· Ἐλαφηβολι–ῶνος δευτέραι μ̣ετ᾽ εἰκάδας· ἐκκλησί<α>ἐμ Πειραιεῖ· Νικί[α]ς Πολυξένου Πόριοςεἶπεν· ἐπειδὴ Ἀ̣λέξανδρ̣ος εὔχρηστονἑαυτὸν παρασκευάζει καὶ κοινεῖ καὶ ἰδί–αι τοῖς ἐντυνχάνουσιν τῶν πολιτῶν,ἀγαθεῖ τύχει, δεδόχθαι τεῖ βουλεῖ· τοὺςλαχόντας προέδρους εἰς τὴν ἐπιοῦ–σαν ἐ̣κκλησίαν χρηματίσαι περὶ τού–των̣, γνώμην δὲ ξυνβάλλεσθαι τῆςβ̣[ο]υλῆς εἰς τὸν δῆμον, ὅτι δοκεῖ τεῖ βου–λ̣εῖ ἐπαινέσαι Ἀλέξανδρον Καλλιv–στράτου Θετταλὸν κα̣ὶ στεφανῶσαι vθαλλοῦ στεφάνωι, δίδοσθαι δὲ αὐτῶικαὶ πολιτείαν δοκιμασθέντι ἐν τῶιδικαστηρίωι κατὰ τοὺς νόμους· τοὺςδὲ θεσμοθέτας, ὅταν καὶ ὣς πληρῶσινδικαστήριον εἰς ἕνα̣ καὶ πεντακοσίου̣ςδικαστάς, εἰσαγαγεῖν τὴν δοκιμασίανσυννείμαντας καὶ [δ]οῦναι περὶ [αὐ]τοῦτὴν ψῆφον καὶ μὴ π[αρόντος καὶ γράψασ]–θαι αὐτὸν [φυλῆς καὶ δήμου καὶ φρατρίας],[ἧς ἂν βούληται – – – – – – – – – – – – – –]– – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – – –

Polyxenos aus dem Demos Porosstellte den Antrag: Da Alexandros sich nützlicherweist sowohl im allgemeinen als auch speziellden ihn aufsuchenden Bürgern,zu Glück und Heil!, wolle beschließen der Rat:dass die erlosten Vorsitzenden für die kommendeVolksversammlung hierüber verhandeln lassenund die Beschlussvorlage des Ratesin die Volksversammlung einbringen, wonach der Rat es fürgut befindet, dass man belobige Alexandros S.d. Kalli-stratos aus Thessalien und bekränzemit einem Olivenkranz; dass man ihm gebe auchdas Bürgerrecht nach Überprüfungin dem Gerichtshof gemäß dem Gesetz; dass dieThesmotheten, sobald und wenn sie denGerichtshof auf fünfundert und einen Richteraufgefüllt haben, zusammen die Prüfungeinleiten und über ihn, auch wenner nicht anwesend ist, abstimmen lassen undin einschreiben und Phyle und Demos und Phratrie,die er will; - - -- - -

Nikias son of Polyxenos of Porosproposed: since Alexandros makeshimself useful both collectively and individuallyto those citizens who encounter him,for good fortune, the Council shall decide thatthe presiding committee allotted to preside at theforthcoming Assembly shall put these matters on the agenda,and submit the opinion of theCouncil to the People that it seems good to theCouncil to praise Alexandros son of Kalli-stratos of Thessaly and to crown himwith a foliage crown; and that he should also be givencitizenship, when he has been scrutinised incourt according to the laws; and thecourt presidents, as and when they fillthe court with five hundred and onejurors, shall co-operate to introduce thescrutiny, and shall put him tothe vote, even if he is not present; and shall enrollhim in the tribe, deme and phratrythat he chooses - - -- - -
